Here’s a sample arc we may follow, depending on your desires and what emerges in our work:
Session 1: Clarifying Your Desire & Mapping the Way (up to 2 hours)
We begin by naming what you long to experience through this work. This might sound like:
I want to feel more confident and alive in my body
I want to experience orgasm
I want to reconnect sexually with my partner
I want to feel magnetic
I want to experience deeper intimacy and trust in all my relationships
We’ll explore your desire somatically—listening to where your body holds resistance, and opening space for new possibilities to arise.
Subsequent Sessions: Reclaiming Power Through the Body
These sessions focus on embodiment and integration. Together we’ll:
Work with your nervous system to meet emotional and energetic blocks with compassion
Learn somatic tools to ground, regulate, and release tension
Activate more freedom, pleasure, and confidence in your body
Work With Me
This is deep, personal work—and finding the right guide matters. That’s why we begin with a complimentary introductory call. It’s a chance for us to connect, explore what’s alive for you, and see if we’re a good fit for your needs.
If it feels aligned, your first private session will be up to 2 hours long. This gives us space to clarify your intentions, map your inner landscape, and begin gently working with what’s present in your body and heart.
All subsequent sessions are 60 minutes, offered at a rate of $360 per session. We’ll take it one session at a time, always checking in together at the end of see if you feel complete, or if more wants to unfold. My approach is intuitive and responsive, designed to move at the pace of your nervous system, not a fixed timeline.
