She observed something striking: many accomplished leaders excel at strategy, decision-making, and influence, yet struggle to bring the same presence and connection into their bodies and their relationships.
Today, Tracy helps leaders reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence so the qualities that create success at work—presence, attunement, responsiveness, and emotional courage—can also deepen intimacy, vitality, and connection at home.
Unabashedly Embodied
There was a moment when my spiritual path, my business life, and my sexual journey all converged. In that instant, I realized that to truly make an impact, I could no longer keep those parts of myself in separate boxes. I had to live—and guide others to live—as whole beings. As sexual beings.
After founding, building, and eventually selling the company I spent more than two decades nurturing, I stepped away from everything I knew to become a sex coach.
I have experienced firsthand the wisdom and power of the human body. I know what it takes to shed layers of guilt, shame, and conditioning to uncover the most innocent, radiant, and wildly powerful part of ourselves. I understand the rage carried by intergenerational trauma—and the courage it takes to transform it. And I know, deep in my bones, the difference between performative leadership (and lovership) and authentic power.
