What happens in a session?
Every session begins with one powerful question: What is it you truly desire?
From there, we’ll explore the places in your body that may be holding resistance to this desire. These signals are your inner wisdom speaking.
Using the map provided by your body, we will employ a variety of somatic techniques, like breathwork, movement, and nervous system regulation, to gently guide you back into alignment with your own erotic intelligence.
You won’t just talk about what’s holding you back. You’ll feel where it lives in your body and begin to move through it. You set the pace.
Sessions are fully clothed and consent-based. Any sensual or embodied practices are offered as at-home explorations.

Here’s a sample arc we may follow, depending on your desires and what emerges in our work:
Session 1: Initial Session
Clarifying Your Desire & Mapping the Way
(up to 2 hours)
We begin by naming what you long to experience through this work. This might sound like:
I want to feel more confident and alive in my body
I want to experience orgasm
I want to reconnect sexually with my partner
I want to feel magnetic
I want to experience deeper intimacy and trust in all my relationships
We’ll explore your desire somatically—listening to where your body holds resistance, and opening space for new possibilities to arise.
All Subsequent Private Sessions
Each session is tailored, but every session focuses on embodiment and integration
Work with your nervous system to meet emotional and energetic blocks with compassion
Learn somatic tools to ground, regulate, and release tension
Activate more freedom, pleasure, and confidence in your body using breath, movement, and sound
This is body-based coaching. We don’t talk about change, we feel it.
What you might feel
Our work is responsive, intuitive, and deeply collaborative. I don’t follow a rigid program, I follow you, and every session is unique.
Some people experience waves of emotion, energy moving through the body, or spontaneous physical responses like shaking, stretching, or stillness. Others feel a deep calm, bliss, spaciousness, or subtle shifts that unfold over time.
You may have insights or memories that arise, or simply a sense of coming home to yourself.
There is no right or wrong way to experience this work.
Your body knows exactly what it’s ready for, and it will guide the way.
