Sessions are typically held in-person or online via Zoom. You will lie down on a yoga mat while music is played. The facilitator transmits the kundalini field and holds a ceremonial space.
You simply relax and surrender. The experience can include spontaneous movements, vocalizations, emotional releases, energy surges, or deep stillness. There is no need to force or control anything—the energy knows what to do. Keep your eyes closed the entire time and allow whatever arises to unfold.
Preparing for Your Session To enhance the experience:
Arrive sober: avoid alcohol, plant medicine, cannabis, and intoxicants for 24 hours beforehand
Eat lightly or fast for a few hours before the session
Avoid heavy foods, meat, or dense media input
Come with an open heart and without expectations
Important Considerations KA is safe for most people, but it is not recommended for individuals experiencing active psychosis, mania, or paranoid delusions.
If you have extensively used plant medicines in the past six months, please reach out in advance. KA can be a potent catalyst and may open energy beyond the scope of a typical group session.
